Banksy In New York

Last time Banksy was seen in New York City it was October of 2008, this time the artist has returned for promoting his movie “Exit Through The Giftshop” after hitting other major cities he’s finally seen in NYC. Sure to be more, keep your eyes out for anymore spottings.

Banksy | Art Heist

On the morning of April 13th, 2010, Ace Gallery owner Doug Christmas organized the removal of a Banksy painting from it’s installation location at 410 S. LaBrea Ave. in Los Angeles. This “Banksy” has not been authenticated by the artist and is being sold as an unauthorized gallery artwork.

Banksy’s art as recently been spotted in Los Angeles over the last few days and has put art fans on their toes. His to new pieces include a security guard with Koons dog and a child swinging on a “Park” sign. If you’re in LA be sure to keep your eyes open for any more Banksy sightings.
