DQM x Mark McNairy | 5 Questions With Mark McNairy

We recently caught up with Mark McNairy in the midst of his DQM collaboration to answer a few questions for us. The designer breaks down the collaboration for us in a quick five minutes and in five questions. The project includes three exclusive shoe designs, a Navy Suede Long Wing Brogue, a Black Suede Chukka Boot, and a Grey Suede Cap Derby Boot which all feature McNairy’s signature details such as the red brick and crepe soles, as well as a skateboard deck. Custom DJ Desks are all the rage now in Europe, much like UGGs and sunglasses at night are here. MetroFarm Studio from Berlin, have produced a bunch of amazing , custom built DJ desks. After coming out with a concrete table a few years ago, the rest of their line including the stainless steel and orange plastic desks got immediate attention. Aimed towards the average music lover , as well as pros on the 1s and 2s, everyone can get their musical energy out there for all to move to. In a club, its a attention grabbing functional art piece. Much like those dancers in those cages.
