DQM x Mark McNairy | 5 Questions With Mark McNairy

We recently caught up with Mark McNairy in the midst of his DQM collaboration to answer a few questions for us. The designer breaks down the collaboration for us in a quick five minutes and in five questions. The project includes three exclusive shoe designs, a Navy Suede Long Wing Brogue, a Black Suede Chukka Boot, and a Grey Suede Cap Derby Boot which all feature McNairy’s signature details such as the red brick and crepe soles, as well as a skateboard deck. NIKE CORALINE DUNK

The Coraline Dunks, a Wieden + Kennedy 12 collaboration with Nike and Laika studios that celebrate the forthcoming movie Corlaine, that opens on February 6. Falling in line with what the movie consists of, W+K standouts Rob Heppler and Gian Galang designed the sneaker with a sense of anime in mind, and even capped the dunks off with a glow in the dark sole.

Corlaine marks the first feature film to come out of Nike CEO Phil Knight’s Laika animation studio and was directed by Henry Selick. Looking to score these? Good Luck!
