Marcus Troy x The Maverick Project | Nike Air Force One Bespokes
Last year Marcus Troy and Nike Sportswear brought us The Mavericks Project which allowed users to share their meaning of a ‘Maverick” along with a chance to win a trip to visit New York City and create a pair of Nike Bespoke shoes with Marcus Troy. As part of the Marcus Troy Experience, the two winners were Carlos Sanchez and Timothy Rodrigues who were picked from the countless Maverick Project stories. The two joined Marcus Troy and met up at Nike’s 21 Mercer store to create a shoe that was timeless and reflected the Maverick spirit of its designers. The result is a waterproof wool upper, leather tongue and Kevlar detailing sneaker that’s limited to a total of three in existence with personalized details for each winner.
