Somewhere between your base SL and the McLaren SLR you will find this, the SL 65 Black.  Do not let the “Black” fool you, this car is gunmetal and its phenomenal. The SL 65 is priced 100Gs less than the McLaren SLR , but five times as much as the base SL. Each tire wil run you about $380 . But the interior is just like a regular SL. It holds navigation, leather everywhere, the usual goods, but its only a 4-speed automatic. You would think this car would be somewhere near 7 like its big brother. Another issue is that it could be the most uncomfortable car ever. Its as stiff as a body in a trunk for 2 days and the seats are comparable to a pile of stones.  For the saftey of all living things however, its limited to 199 miles per hour. Any faster and the car just gets dangerous.
