Oakley x BEAMS | Frogskins Glasses
Japanese retailer BEAMS and glasses company Oakley present two new colorways of the classic Frogskins model. The Frogskins come built with a multi-colored Oakley logo detailed on one said and an all black Oakley logo on the other arm. Oakley Frogskins | Marine Fade Iridium Sunglasses
Oakley have resurrected their original 80′s tooling to re-produce the iconic Frogskin sunglasses in a very number limited. History of Oakley
This past year, Defgrip got the chance to go down to the Oakley headquarters in California to check out the re-issue of the infamous B-1B grip that Oakley was working on. While down there, Defgrip took the opportunity to put together a video giving a little history and background to the brand. Defgrip had the opportunity to sit down with Mike Bell, a former AMA Supercross champion and employee of Oakley who started in 1985, to tell the story of how Oakley went from a small BMX grip company to one of the biggest eyewear brands in the world.
