An ongoing collaboration between two of Japan’s contemporary fashion heavyweights, the Ranger series does real justice to the names of Porter and White Mountaineering. Made from herringbone cotton for durability, the shoulder patch folds over so it can be extended by half depending on what needs to be carried.

We take a close look into this collaboration which is getting major attention all over the net, already calling tomorrow Grey Friday instead of Black Friday, the busiest shopping day of the year in the United States. The boot features all Grey nubuck upper with a custom chrome buckle, black sole and black leather laces. These will become available at 10:00am tomorrow morning on DavidZ.com as well as the David Z. flagship store in the heart of Soho.
